Before we kick off Graphic Comic (as Graphic Content will be temporarily named), I’d just like to thank Kiel and everyone else involved with Graphic Content for letting me (Mike Billeter) step in and share whatever random bits of insight I’ve gathered in the comic world over the exciting 22 years of my life. There are few things I enjoy as much as comic books and the mythos of comic characters and their world, so I’m thrilled I can be a part of “Graphic Comic” over these next few days.
Anyway, enough of these boring “words” I’m so fond of. Let’s move on to what you’re probably here for – awesomely designed artistic stuff. We’ll kick things off with a piece from my good friend Andrew Brynjulson. I don’t believe it has a name, but when something looks this good, I’m not sure words are necessary…
What I like about Andrew’s submission is that it appears to be Graphic Content’s own, personalized superhero (that or the guy’s “GC” stands for something entirely different). To me, that means the next time some awfully-designed logo or villainous piece of art makes its way toward Graphic Content, GC-Man will be ready to fight it off with whatever powers he possesses. Even if they’re simply the powers of looking great while standing on top of the world.
Good work, Andrew. Thanks for contributing a great piece to start off the week.
And even though I’m in charge of posting content this week, feel free to send your own comic-related artwork in to [email protected] to have it included during this Graphic Comic run.
We’ll have more for you tomorrow, so until then… Make mine Graphic!

P.S. - As a side project, I'm open to taking suggestions for better superhero-esque nicknames. Just leave ideas in the comments section and I'll keep them in mind!
