Alright everybody, it’s Thursday and we are back on the grind for Graphic Comic week. While yesterday’s Octopusubmissions (or...Rocktopusubmissions) were certainly enjoyable, we can't take too long enjoying them.
Why? Because we’ve got new content to post and it can’t be contained any longer. We’re kicking off this Thursday with an awesome and hilarious submission from Brian Hauge concerning beards and the vast wisdom of those who grow them.
What vast wisdom, you ask? Take a look for yourself (and click the image to enlarge it if you'd like):
That kind of wisdom. Now you know.
On a serious note, it’s odd how believable I find this scenario to be. When have you seen a guy with a beard and not assumed he had some wisdom to share with you? Even old men with beards and no teeth still seem like they’ve been around the world once or twice and might have some knowledge to drop on you. In fact, their teeth are probably gone as a result of a lesson they learned and could pass along to me before I lose my teeth.
Fine…that last part’s a stretch. Either way, the post is fantastic and I really enjoyed it (particularly the beard-climbing beginning). Thanks for the submission Brian!
So, there you have it folks. Brian’s post is up and we’ve only got a short bit of time left in Graphic Comic week, so don’t hesitate to get those submissions in to [email protected] very, very soon. I’m looking forward to these last few posts and I appreciate everyone who has been checking in to see these great pieces.
We'll be back with more soon, so don't forget to share your thoughts in the comments section until we're back!
